GEOIP .htaccess problem

Hi, I have DirectAdmin with cloudlinux and LSWS.

I have

account: test
two domains: test1.com and test2.com

I wanted block countries like china for all domains in account by .htaccess in /home/test/.htaccess and it's worked perfect but when I create .htaccess in /home/test/domains/test1.com/public_html/, .htaccess from /home/test/ dosen't work.

Please for advice.

Actually It is expected as designed by Apache, sub-directory' s .htaccess will override parent directories' .htaccess. Trying to make it work from Apache could be a good start.
