For folks stuck or sticking with Litespeed 4.2.x, best way of mitigating HTTPoxy would be to ?

The best and easiest way is to upgrade your LiteSpeed to 5.0.19 or 5.1. 7. It may be possible to use some mod_security rule to block it for 4.2.x version, but you may have to figure it yourself.
