invalid value of <maxConnections>

Hi, I'm installing and configuring for first time LiteSpeed version Enterprise

I need support 200 000 simultaneous users with peak time of 40 000 users in seconds.

I'm modifying The Parameter maxConnections but I can put 90 000 or more

[config:server:tuning] invalid value of <maxConnections>:99000, use default=400

Someone can give me some help with this?

what's your license type ? 2-CPU or VPS or 8-CPU ... ?
