Litespeed PHP memory problem

Hi

Lot of sites are getting an error
PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 1048576) (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes)

Why this is happening ? Sites are not loading?

Increase the memory limit for lsphp external app, also there is a memory limit option in php.ini
