not likely possible. since the connection is established between an IP on your server and client IP. this IP on server may be shared by many virtual hosts. or, this connection can be shared by many virtual hosts.
if it's native vhost, per vhost level, can limit dynamic/static requests from an IP, this is a effective and efficient way to fend off (d)dos-attack.
