Numerous restarts for 503 errors, etc. Abysmal performance. Help!

I've recently had to move to another VPS in order to upgrade from Centos 6 to Centos 7. Server configuration, resource-wise (CPU, Disk, RAM) is identical between the old and new. I've moved my sites and my Litespeed license over to the new forum and ever since doing so the performance of my sites is abysmal. I am getting constant emails from lshttpd telling me that it has restarted due to 503 errors.

I would really like some help figuring out what's going on and why my server is performing so badly.

most of configuration looks default value (that's fine and recommended).

please follow the 503 wiki page to see if you can find anything.

are you using cloudlinux php selector ?
