I am not server savvy and could use help. Recently my webhost provider switched from Apache to LiteSpeed. My sites all immediately went down, because I rely heavily on: Options +MultiViews in my .htaccess file, which leaves it to the server to figure out what the file extension of the requested file is. (I prefer that site users don't know.) This option worked perfectly fine for me under Apache but failed under LiteSpeed. Can this situation be corrected? If so, how? My webhost provider sent me some RewriteCond and RewriteRule lines for my .htaccess file to alleviate the problem. They seem to work, but I think they are kind of a kludge. If relatively easily implementable in LiteSpeed, I would prefer to go back to "Options +MultiViews."
