Server setup for best performance Wordpress site

Looking for guidance in optimizing backend to host sites for clients. We have a Kubernetes cluster that we use to deploy applications into production, and would like to utilize docker/kubernetes for Wordpress.

Anyone have any experience with OpenLiteSpeed and LScache performance with Wordpress. LiteSpeed has Wordpress stats on their website, but they seem too good to be true. Is OpenLiteSpeed + LScache really better than Nginx + FastCGI?

Also, is Redis worth it for smaller sites, or would that be overkill?

About Redis, it should has no big improvement on a small blog site from my opinion, but no hurt to have it setup.

Interested LiteSpeed client here; I'm setting up a Kubernetes cluster and would like to know if it's possible to use LiteSpeed in this scenario, or whether or not I should look towards other solutions.
