Ultra VPS license on VPS with more than 8GB memory

Hi
I have cPanel VPS with 8GB memory Which is certainly enough for me now.
I got additional 8GB for free trial 14days (Although I have no real need for it) 16GB total.
What happens if we NOT upgrade license to CPU-1?

BUG:
We have received incorrect e-mail:
"VPS licenses have a limit of 2GB of guaranteed memory. For VPSs with more than 2GB memory, an Ultra VPS or 1-CPU license should be used."
(we have Ultra VPS licenses not VPS licenses)
