update.litesspeedtech.com unreachable! Server crashes

Seriously guys,
A production server of ours is down as your update host isn't reachable:
update.litesspeedtech.com

Tested from several locations - it's not online!

I find it really bad that Litespeed crashes and shuts down when it can't reach your server. That makes us totally dependent on your uptime :-(
We're using 4.1.6.

Please help ASAP!

Update

URL was with an extra s:
update.litespeedtech.com

Yet updates fail to connect and causes the server to exit with code 3:

[NOTICE] [AutoUpdate] Failed, updateagent exit code: 3

Please PM me your server IP. we need to investigate.
Your downtime is likely caused by something else, please send us the whole error log for analysis, failure to contact update.litespeedtech.com should not bring down LSWS.
