[Resolved] Wordpress CSS not reloading

Dear Forum,

we have a wordpress website where theme css is not properly reloaded after update, if we call direct url as

style.css?ver=4.8 then it's not updated

if called as
style.css is updated

if wordpress page is called where wordpress core calls as

style.css?ver=4.8 theres' no update

so we get same css file version last updated previous day

Is it a caching problem ?

We set no expires but no way to solve it.

Any clue for a solution ?

My excuses, we solved checking our cloudflare which was real problem generator.
