| This is caused by running the EA3 to EA4 upgrade while running LiteSpeed Web Server. To avoid this, you must switch to Apache before doing so. After the migration completes, you can switch back to LiteSpeed. Missing this step may cause the above issue due to the script being overwritten during the migration.
