====== Installation ====== This wiki refers to LiteSpeed's Enterprise version only. To install OpenLiteSpeed, please check open.litespeedtech.com where you can compile from source code or install from RPMs. If you are using a control panel such as cPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk, the corresponding LiteSpeed auto-installer/plugin/extension for each of these control panels is highly recommended and listed below. Note: This section only provides instructions on how to install LiteSpeed Web Server. You will also need to install and configure PHP to make your applications (such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, etc) work. LiteSpeed comes with a very small PHP binary (lsphp5) with minimum configuration for testing purposes. You will likely have to customize PHP yourself to suit your needs. Please consult the **PHP wiki** section for installation/configuration. ~~NOTOC~~ * What is LiteSpeed Web Server * Minimum system requirements for LSWS * Learn about required LSWS license options * How to install/uninstall LiteSpeed from command line * How to install LSWS from our CentOS repositories ===== Installation for Control Panel Users ===== * cPanel * DirectAdmin * Plesk * Other Control Panels ===== Installation for Apache Users Without a Control Panel===== * How to convert your Apache installation without a control panel to LSWS ===== Installation for Other Scenarios ===== * How to install LiteSpeed on CloudLinux * How to setup LiteSpeed Web Server AMI on AWS * How to setup LiteSpeed and compile PHP on your Mac ===== Installing Common CMS on Native LiteSpeed Web Server ===== * WordPress * Magento 1.9 * Magento 2 * Xenforo * Drupal * Joomla * MediaWiki * DokuWiki
