you need to put the php.ini file in /usr/local/lsws/lsphp5/ then recompile check if all the path to mod_sec, zend optimizer, etc are proper in php.ini file.

You have to load that in /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-includes.conf LiteSpeed will be with mod_Sec so dont worry. Yes you restart httpd.

Have you successfully installed mod_sec in your APACHE ? If yes, then if you copy the APACHE php.ini file to the folder i told you above, simply compile php and Mod_sec should also work with litespeed.

NVM Solved. I stopped Apache 2 times. The error came But when the 3rd time i hit it.. It stopped lol.. Anyway.. if anyone gets this error just remember your APACHE on the server needs to be stopped.
