I had the intention to use LiteSpeed to host porn myself but I did not want to take the risk, hence why I reported first a couple of companies already doing that to see how it would be enforced and learn from the experience. Now I have a better understanding. Thanks for explaining how it works.

Does it really make any sense to have license terms that can not be enforced? I can easily find you ten other hosting companies that are using LiteSpeed for porn but in light of this I don't think I will fill in any more reports. It will save everybody time.
