Default 4.0.15 and /usr/local/cpanel/bin/safeapacherestart

Since upgrading to 4.0.15 we've been having problems with /usr/local/cpanel/bin/safeapacherestart hanging. As a result, basic operations that require httpd.conf modifications either become very slow or will not complete. Bandwidth and stats are also unable to update. This is easily resolved by killing the safeapacherestart process but this shouldn't be occurring in the first place.

Given the timing of this problem and the lack of any cPanel updates having been applied it would seem that LiteSpeed's wrapper may be to blame in some manner.

safeapacherestart does not like our wswatch script, which start LiteSpeed if killed by cPanel. So, we rebuild 4.0.15 package with wswatch turned off. Please do an update and full stop/start.

Should change the build number for 4.0.15 in the download page.

I agree, can you please change the build numbers and/or release announcements when you fix things like this? The last few releases it's been incredibly difficult to know exactly what version to upgrade to, since you've made multiple changes and kept them in the same build. Haven't there been 2 4.0.15's released now?

Not good guys
