Lost my account and cant request password

    Dear Support..

    I cant login to my account..
    i cant request new password to..

    look like my account deleted from litespeed portal..

    please help
    i have 2 license
    one of it is expired today..

    please email sales of your acct login or your serial number for license related issues.

    update:

    user changed the email address few days ago and used the new address to login. hence the failure. should be ok now.

    what kind of error you have detect when you are trying to log in???
    you should have have to share your detected error to find the solution..

    To be clear: user used a wrong login id (email). hence the problem.
