Hi,

when I enter non-ASCII characters in the Rewrite form I get the following error message after restarting the server:
xyz/lsws.xml:503] not well-formed (invalid token)

Can you please forward the problem configuration file to bug [at] litespeedtech {dot} com. We will take a look.
The rewrite rule with non-ASCII characters may not work well as it is not designed to support it. But anyway, we need to address the XML issue first.

I wasn't using the character in a rule, just in a comment.

I took a closer look, the file is saved as iso-8859-1 instead of utf-8 as declared. The reason is probably the admin interface using iso-8859-1:
<meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=iso-8859-1'>
