Disable lazy loading for image above the fold

The logo image is lazy loaded in the website. Image lazy loading has been disabled for that specific image in the media library. Also the attribute has been added to the image data-no-lazy="1". Moreover, in the media excludes section of LiteSpeed Cache Page Optimization, the url of image has been given under lazy load image excludes. Still the image is lazy loaded. The themes used is Hello Elementor
