We have a VPS client that is running the free version of LSWS. They see a lot of:

abort request..., code: 4

In the LSWS error log. What does that mean?

Hello,

Just to verify:

- This is standard (free version)
- Settings will be retained on forced reinstall

Can you can you tell me a bit more what the issue is or what we'd see as any issues on the web site?

apply for standard version as well.

force reinstall mean
admin console->Actions->Version Manager->4.2.2: click "Force Reinstall"

or on command line:
#/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -v 4.2.2

yes, won't touch current settings.

this warning message has been removed since it may cause false alarm per my understanding.

It means LS does not get response from external app like PHP within a certain period and hence abort the request.

Ok. Howto find which request and which parameter about timeout to increase in case ?

Any news ?

Also i do not think it's "normal" that a server web stop work because "LS does not get response from external app like PHP within a certain period and hence abort the request".

We ask this otherwise we have to switch back to apache and use varnish instead.

We must know if we can receive help or not on.
