Ok, here some details from our sysadmin: Basically when the symlink to lsphp5 is changed from 5.2.6 to 5.2.9, all the php pages stop to load, but when lsphp5 is replaced with 5.2.6 everything loads fine again... We are not 100% sure but I think it might have something to do with PDO/MySQL...
