Max Idle Time was set to 10. I'm setting it to -1 to test.

FWIW the cron job always cuts out at exactly 1 hour. I'm not sure what setting might affect that, though.

Hard to say - the script runs for a while so it's hard to determine the timing of when it ends in order to find a log entry.

Thanks for the help. Turns out the header diagnostic tool was faulty :mad: Adding it to httpd.conf worked the first time... The tool just wouldn't show it. Different tool, better results.

Yes, that was it - but we weren't getting any log data until I switched from PHP 5.5.x to 5.6.x. I guess that's one of the benefits of having multiple PHP installations active on our box :)

Solved - there was a WP plugin hogging 800MB+ and the server took offence to that.
