Hi, I have 1 VPS for 4GB RAM setup Control Panel Directtadmin, i install trial license litespeed OK. But when i buy license LITESPEED ULTRA VPS (FOR VPS - RAM LIMIT 8GB) and this active error bellow. License key operation failure: ERR LC.9: Serial number is not active Please help me. Thanks you.
