My .htaccess is pretty big and contains many ModRewrite conditions, mainly thanks to perishablepress.com/8g-firewall/ I have been told that at least some part of this Apache firewall is not compatible with LiteSpeed, particularly my hosting provider suggested replacement of a 8G .htaccess line...
