safari cache

Hi Guys, I wondered if you could help. I've recently setup a cloud server using Vultr and OpenLiteSpeed hosting a few dev wordpress websites. Thing is I'm experiencing random page errors, specially on Safari desktop and iPhone. Everything works fine, then I get hit with error like Safari...

i have a problem with iphone devices, when i change our website, and purge all the caches safari still charging an old version of our website, do you know how we can solve that. Sorry for my english :eek:
