Well the current official xenforo lscache addon is built for the xenforo version 2.2.x ... But it is almost a year since xenforo has launched 2.3.x but litespeed cache addon for xenforo is still not updated, hence not compatible with xenforo version 2.3.x. Many people are not having any issue...
