503 Service Unavailable Error Msg

About 1 week ago I started getting a 503 Service Unavailable message when trying to access my private inbox on a fishing forum site. I have contacted the site moderator but have not received any fixes that work. I have cleared cache, history, cookies, rebooted, tried logging on from other IP address and PC's and I keep getting the same 503 error. Is this something that needs to be fixed on my PC (if so, how) or is something on the host site causing this error?

if 503 is consistent, it is likely server has issue running the script (like php) that handled your request. it could be configuration issue or missing needed module, etc. have your host check server log (i.e. error log, etc) to see any details.
