Cache Mobile option enabled or disabled?

I have a Wordpress + WooCommerce site and I was wondering if the Cache Mobile should be enabled? It states that it's for AMP sites or mobile-specific design/content, not for responsive sites. My site doesn't have AMP pages but someone told me it should be enabled because it's for mobile devices. Are they wrong?
