At directadmin litespeed at suexec i could see 3 options https://snaptube.cam/https://9apps.cam/ .

-Yes
-No
-Run under home directory (recommended for directadmin)

What does this mean? Why its better to set this run under home? Or just click to yes?

You will need PHP SuEXEC on DirectAdmin, either "Yes" or "Run under home directory ".
It is a similar concept if you are familiar with DirectAdmin with apache.

Both are fine.
