I have a Wordpress site with a ton of images, and it looks like the Litespeed Image Optimization plugin is making duplicate image entrys in media library view. In the attachement image you can see that the first entry is attached to the post, but the second is not. Luckily, there is no actual duplicate images on the server, and both URL:s of those entrys point to the same image file.
