I'm trying to learn how to get vhosts working in Litespeed.
I'm following the official documentation for setting up vhosts here:

The documentation text says that Litespeed canautomatically generate a config file, and illustrates this with the image:

However, when I'm on the screen indicated by this step in the instructions, there is no 'CLICK TO CREATE' button.
Nor does one appear after I hit the 'save' icon.
This is actually my second attempt to create a vhost.
Although I couldn't get it working (so I subsequently deleted Litespeed, reinstalled it and started over) on my first attempt, I did see and use that button.
What could be happening here?
