How to register php 7.4 to 8.1 in External app ?

I have zero knowledge , I have run once command and I get the following :
[root@connect ~]# sudo yum search lsphp

Then there is nothing to do. PHP versions are controlled by cPanel. Almost any setting in WebAdmin console is meant for native use if there is no server control panel.

But my website sarkariyojanagovt . com server response time is too slow like more than 500 ms , is there anything i can do to speed up response ?
