Litespeed cache and cloudflare question

Hi, the hosting we use has litespeed. So as a result Litespeed cache plugin is installed by default.
I want to use Cloudflare CDN and install the Cloudflare plugin, so should I remove the litespeed cache plugin? I believe using two cache plugins at the same time would create conflict omegle xender ?

You can use CloudFlare CDN with cache plugin, but you can't use cache function of CF und Cache Plugin. That causes conflicts and CF always sends outddated content because CF doesn't check LiteSpeed's cache header, so don't use CF plugin!!!!
