Litespeed cache plugin Js issue

Hey Litespeed thank you for this amazing plugin, but I m encountering a problem as I have Enabled Deferred JS for my site but My mobile menu is causing long CLS in core web vitals. However jQuery is already excluded in the plugin by default. Here is the page link: medicoengineer.com
