Lsmcd issue :- using with cd!

[Cipher]

As mentioned in Litespeed wiki to install Lsmcd I did using
wget https://github.com/litespeedtech/lsmcd/archive/master.zip
Then unzip master.zip
But when went using cd Lsmcd
It shows -bash :cd: lsmcd: no such file or directory

couldn't figure out what I did wrong?
Memcacged php enabled
Php details along with screenshot for error attached

Then unzip master.zip

try
unzip -d ./lsmcd master.zip

by default unzip extract to default folder

For these same no file or directory how to configure it ?
