Need explanation to determine options in Litespeed with cloudlinux

Followed from https://docs.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux_os_components/#litespeed-support but not clear for me, so need explanation to determine right litespeed options in the screenshout:

And from php tab what should to set in the PHP Handler Default?

For control panel environment, cpanel/plesk/DirectAdmin etc, LSWS 5.4 will auto detect php handlers installed and use proper one configurated by the control panel for that user. hence you have no need to manually setup above up.

If you just have interest on how to setup external app( not from PHP tab, php tab is global setting for all lsphp avaiable), you will need to create "lsapi app" for lsphp, not "Web server". I could suggest you change nothing to let LSWS work out of the box.
