OS X release

I see 5.0 series is available for fairly long time but there're still no OS X version available.
Did you abandoned OS X completely or some sort of issue prevents you from releasing v5 for macs?

It requires updating the build tool chain to build 5.0 packages, and OS X is not popular for web server applications.
We decide to discount OS X packages for 5.0 unless there are significant demand from our paid customers.
If you want to use LiteSpeed on OSX, please try our OpenLiteSpeed product.

That's what I was afraid of. I use lsws on OS X solely for development - all our production server runs on Linux ;) I didn't try OpenLSWS yet, due to lack of .htaccess support.
I'm also worried how much commercial lsws differ from open lsws, are they based on similar codebase? I don't want to have much different environment on development machine than production.
