Hi I plan to get this dedicated server....

Will the standard free version work on this?
AMD Athlon™ II X4, Quad-Core 64 Bit, 4x 2.3 GHz
8 GB DDR3-RAM

Ok through some reading I think I'll need to do this....

but now my question is will it get the full benefits of the 64 bit processor or only 32 bit.

It looks obvious none of 32-bit application can get full benefit of the 64-bit processor.
