[REQUEST] Module banner ad

Good evening,
I need to enter a code (php) and have it display as a banner on every site on the server before it runs the php function.

This code will contain promotional images therefore must always be visible on each site (must be on a website in php - csm -and do not need a static site).

You can do this by adding a directive to the wrapper?
