Troubleshooting LiteSpeed Cache Integration with my.quic.cloud and DNS Servers on WordPress Site

Hello,
When I try to use my.quic.cloud with LiteSpeed Cache on my WordPress site and activate the DNS servers, here are the results that Google Insights provides me. It is clear that the captcha configured on Quic Cloud is causing the problem. How can I configure it correctly?
