Webadmin SSL certs

Hi,
I'm running LS on a WHM server.
I thought I could use WHM's existing certificates to be used for LS Webadmin so I used these paths:

/etc/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt
/etc/ssl/certs/domain.crt
/etc/ssl/private/domain.key

Restarted LS and it all went haywire. I can't open the console, getting an error "Bad handshake"
So I have two questions:
1. How can I remove that setting via SSH to enable webadmin again?

2. Once it works, can I use the certs that AutoSSL generates? If so, how? What paths do I need to type there? I don't want to purchase certificates for this, since I always use the AutoSSL.
