Are you using a control panel? You should switch back to Apache, make your site works, then build matching lsphp.
You lsphp binary need to be updated to be able to connect to new DB server.

I do not know how to do this. We really need help. We just remove Percona and still the issue exists.
It has become a mess, unfortunately our knowledge of server side is limited as we are more developers.
Are we able to hire someone ASAP from your side to get our site back up and running?

By the way we do not have any tool like cpanel. We use directadmin however.

you can switch back to Apache from directadmin. make sure it works. then switch to LiteSpeed.
One important thing is you to install PHP mysql extensions compatible with Percona.

We had a few issues with somes siteswhen moving from mysql to a recent mariadb version. We resolved it by replacing pho-mysql with php-mysqlnd. Error 500's we had were due to the charset not being correctly declared and mysqlnd was able to detect and automaticaly declare the correct charset.
