2009-04-20 11:49:13.405 [NOTICE] [PID:26334] Server Stopped!

The shutdown was not initiated by any user on the server, and it occurred exactly when the 408 occurred.
Script problems aside (which shouldn't be), the server shouldn't go down because of it.

It happens during a graceful restart, it was initiated by some one, grep "restart" you should find it.
I don't believe it is.

Firstly, I did what you said:

root@host [/home/test/public_html]# cat /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log | grep restart
root@host [/home/test/public_html]#
Secondly, when lsws crashed, it stayed down.
Meaning, requests timed out, etc.

If it was indeed shutdown, how do I track the source of the shutdown?
I have cPanel installed, and I certainly didn't initiate the shutdown manually.
