"The size of dynamic response body is over the limit, abort!"

1M is already the lowest,

How can i bring it down further?

yes, it's too large in general. but it's up to your decision.

for your website's dynamic page(php etc), what's possible maximum size? 800k or 1.5M or 2.5M etc ?

if you decide page size larger than 1M is not normal and should be regarded as error, then set back to default value: 1M.

When exporting the database, you can enable zip compression to download the entire database without errors. There is a detailed tutorial here
