New Install on cPanel, Sites Timeout

When I start up LSWS(on cpanel) some sites stop working. They just load and load and then time out. I looked into Apache error log and see the following:

This isn't really helping, any idea why some sites would just stop loading and timeout?

It looks like the problem is from /tmp/eaccelerator filling up. If I empty this directory then restart litespeed then everything is fine, but it fills up within a few minutes.

Once it reaches about 50% I get all the errors in stderr.log.

Do I just need a bigger partition for /tmp or there is actually something wrong?

there's no litespeed related process in the screenshot of "top".

however, looking at the screenshot only, the high load -- 141.39 is because of high iowait - 96.3%. the bottleneck is disk i/o. maybe disk hardware problem.

Hi, thank NiteWave for your answer. Sometime my server had this bug, this image mean appear after litespeed can't login. All things on my server work fine, only Litespeed has bug. Because when my sites time out, I can't access cpnel litespeed http://myipserver:7080/login.php. ( the page cannot found ). While I can login to Direct Admin, FTP and allthings on my server. Then, I restart server in Direct Admin, my sites back to normal.



But soon after, 1 or 2 next day, This error occurred, and I must restart server. I can't online 24/24, so sometime my sites down 12 hours. :(

I am sure have problem with litespeed :(, like author of this thread. I use Litespeed 2 CPU.

If you're loosing money being down I'd maybe consider a sysadmin or litespeed premium support

So is this a cpanel or directadmin system? You mention both.

Also please try without eAccelerator, it's not worth the hassle. We've never used eA in over 5 years.
