[Resolved] It says 403 Access denied when i try to get into a website

It says 403 Access denied when i try to get into a website using Safar on my iphone 4

This is the first time it has happend and I always go on Fanfiction.net. I used the link from an email and 403 Forbidden Access To This resource on the server is denied. Powered by Litespeed Web Server Litespeed technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this wesbsite.

I have the same problem and it has just happened although I have accessed fanfiction.net off this phone for years, please help me fix this problem or tell me how to uninstall lite speed from my phone. Thanks from Kirsty.
