The error message does not immediately indicate that the cache plugin is the cause of the error. It is therefore possible that another plugin is causing the error. Does the error still exist if you deactivate the cache plugin?

@zhsanj7 You are using PHP 8.x. I doubt whether OpenCart version 3.0.3.9 is PHP 8 ready. What is certain is that the Cache Plugin for OpenCart 3.x is not PHP 8 ready, so you have a potential cause for your problem. The error log should therefore show you any errors.
