Well, the problem is that they are using it mostly for its ability to cache database query data not as an opcacher. If you don't know of any way to keep apc from deadlocking under Litespeed, I'll have to discuss with my client.

Well, I saw apc mentioned in the logs a numer of times and this weekend we disabled apc and did not have a single instance. Is there something I can do/modify to make this more stable? Or is APC just inherently a problem?

Turns out it was a combination of IPB settings and Litespeed settings. IPB was set to not allow proxies and I neglected to set Litespeed to use Client IP in header. I changed the litespeed setting and everything worked fine after that.

We had .17 installed already but I reinstalled it. We saw it with .16 as well. I do not know what conditions caused it, it just happened. Its a pretty high traffic site running on two app servers.

We are running Litespeed with cpanel. We have this line in /usr/local/lib/php.ini: max_execution_time = 30 However, php is reporting this value is set to 0 root@web1 [~]# php -i|grep execution max_execution_time => 0 => 0 How do we get this to report the correct value?
