Seems you have changed the optimization tool and got the same result when visiting the site with HTTPS. e.g.
http://h4ck.org.cn/wp-content/cache/wpo-minify/1627397795/assets/wpo-minify-footer-wp-embed.min.js
Maybe you can try Force HTTPS on Nginx, and see how it works.
Hi, the LiteMage plugin needs to be installed on the site, and the server needs to set up cache root. For shared server, the hosting member should help you to set up those if you or the developer can not make it works.
If you have lscache setup on the ADC level, then it will reply from the ADC level. Otherwise, go to the backend server.

It's not normal. Could you share the site URL so we can check if the cache works correctly?
If you confirmed the load is different between with/without cache, then please submit the issue to bug@litespeedtech.com with this forum link appended.
If you get different scores by performing the test several times it is most likely because of server reply time, as it's not constant and might vary making your score increase or decrease.

What we can provide is the Cache plugin guide for you, https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/litemage/installation/. Maybe you can forward it to your hosting company so they can help?
