    No, if you have WHM/cPanel there is nothing to do, but check if PHP 8.1 is available|selected in EA4. The selection in WebAdmin console is for if you have no control panel. It seems Magento 2 is not completely ready for PHP 8.1?!

    Maybe this is the reason. If you work directly on linux, files like Javascript or CSS have a different encoding as on Windows.

    There must be another reason why your CSS and Javascript files seems not to be uncompressed. LiteSpeed doesn't use any compression for content-encoding that isn't unsupported by any browser. What happens if you open the transferred files? Are they readable?
